Conservation Network Manager
Joyce is the Conservation Network Manager at the Wildlife Conservation Network (WCN), and is responsible for executing the growth strategy of WCN’s conservation and partner network. She oversees the strategic delivery of technical and financial services to conservationists through staff resources and external partnerships. After joining WCN, Joyce managed the growth of WCN’s foundation and grant revenue from $600,000 annually to over $2,800,000 in less than four years. In her earlier career, Joyce was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP working on M&A and strategic corporate transactions. She also represented several non-profit organizations, including Humane Society of the United States and Animal Legal Defense Fund, on a variety of regulatory and litigation matters. Joyce earned two B.A.s from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, but her best education has come from observing wildlife in their natural habitats. During her free time, Joyce can usually be found hiking, camping, rock climbing, or in wine country.
